The 2017 Desert Daze festival happens this weekend (October 12 – 15) at The Institute of Mentalphysics in Joshua Tree, CA with a pretty incredible lineup that includes Iggy Pop, Spiritualized, Courtney Barnett & Kurt Vile, Sleep (performing Holy Mountain), Unknown Mortal Orchestra, John Cale, Ty Segall, BADBADNOTGOOD, Panda Bear, Hope Sandoval + The Warm Inventions, Eagles Of Death Metal, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Thurston Moore Group, The Make-Up, Ariel Pink, Liars, Terry Riley + Gyan Riley, and tons more.
They’ve just posted set times, and across the six different stages there are a few conflicts, the worst of which seem to be on Friday, with overlapping sets from Courtney Barnett & Kurt Vile and Liars; Ty Segall and Lee Fields & The Expressions; and Boris and John Maus.
