Set times have been announced for Lake Perris, CA festival Desert Daze, which goes down next weekend (October 10-13).
Day one will be headlined by The Flaming Lips playing The Soft Bulletin, and that day also includes Stereolab, W.I.T.C.H. (We Intend To Cause Havoc), Witch (J Mascis & King Tuff’s band), Atlas Sound, Jessica Pratt, DIIV, and more, plus late-night sets from METZ and Mdou Moctar (which overlap).
Day two will be headlined by Flying Lotus, who overlaps with Viagra Boys, and day two also features a two-hour set from Ween (who are playing Chocolate & Cheese), plus Temples, Pussy Riot, Dntel, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, DEVO, The KVB, Parquet Courts, Big Business, Klaus Johann Grobe, Surfbort, Blackwater Holylight, Anika, Trupa Trupa, Automatic, and more, and there are overlapping late-night sets from Connan Mockasin and The Locust.
Sunday’s headliner is Wu-Tang Clan (playing 36 Chambers), and there are also sets from The Claypool Lennon Delirum and Moses Sumney (which overlap), Khruangbin and Blanck Mass (ditto), The Black Angels, White Fence, Alvvays, Sasami, and more, and a late-night set from Dead Meadow.
