Former Kinks guitarist Dave Davies will be back in the U.S. later this year for some live shows, including West Coast shows in February and East Coast/Midwest shows in the spring. They include two NYC dates at City Winery on April 2 & 3. (That’s almost exactly a year since his last visit.) Tickets for the City Winery shows are on sale now for VinoFile members and will be on sale to the general public soon. All tour dates are listed below.
Dave released Open Road, an album he made with his son, Russ, last year and you can stream that below.
One of Dave’s other sons, Daniel, meanwhile, plays in John Carpenter’s band.
We’re still holding out hope for a Kinks reunion.
