UK artist Billie Marten just released her terrific fifth album, Dog Eared, which was made in Brooklyn with producer Philip Weinrobe—who worked on Adrianne Lenker’s Bright Future—and a band that included Sam Evian, Shahzad Ismaily, Núria Graham, and more. It finds her breaking out of the singer-songwriter mold and expanding her boundaries. Read our review and listen below.

Billie will be in North America in September for a few West Coast shows and will then be back later in the fall for dates with Núria Graham that include Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on December 4.
