Atlanta’s Big Jesus have been making a name for themselves on the road, doing time on things like the recent Frameworks tour and both installments of killer hometown fest Wrecking Ball. Now they’re finally set to release their debut album, Oneiric, which drops September 30 via Mascot Records (pre-order). The lead single “SP” is already out, and we’re now premiering a second track from the album, “Oneirica.” Big Jesus have a handful of big, riffy, atmospheric ’90s rock influences — you can hear Siamese Dream-era Smashing Pumpkins, Hum, and more in their sound — and they do it well.
