ANOHNI returned with the fantastic My Back Was a Bridge For You To Cross last year, her first album under the ANOHNI and the Johnsons moniker in 13 years, and now she’s announced a North American tour for it. “I am presenting a series of concerts in Mexico, the US and Canada this fall,” she says. “It is my first time touring since 2016, and first time with a band in 14 years. I feel like I want to sing for people, to affirm that these times are unprecedented, and to hold and express a sense of what’s really happening.” She also has shows in Europe and the UK in the summer, and you can see all dates below.
The tour wraps up with a pair of NYC shows, at BAM Howard Gilman Opera House on October 18 and 19. You can get tickets early on BrooklynVegan Presale starting Tuesday, June 11 at 3 PM ET.
