serpentwithfeet played an immersive set inside the gorgeous Refectory at High Line Hotel on Sunday (5/6) night, part of the 2018 edition of Red Bull Music Festival New York. SHYBOI opened the night, which was billed as “serpentwithfeet: both moons,” and counted Bjork and Moses Sumney among attendees. serpentwithfeet’s upcoming shows include opening a pair of intimate Florence + The Machine shows at BAM, Afropunk Atlanta, and another NYC-area show in a unique location: The Forgotten Garden Party at Yonkers, NY’s Untermyer Gardens with Marissa Nadler (tickets). That last show comes shortly after the release of serpentwithfeet’s debut album, soil, on June 8. He’s shared a video from album track “cherubim,” which you can watch below.
