After cancelling the remainder of his tour with Crazy Horse over the summer, Neil Young is back to playing shows; following a set at Farm Aid in Saratoga Springs, NY on Saturday (9/21), he headed to Port Chester, NY for the first of two nights at Capitol Theatre on Monday (9/21). His backing band for these dates is The Chrome Hearts, featuring Willie Nelson’s son Micah Nelson, Corey McCormick and Anthony LoGerfo of Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, and Spooner Oldham. Neil and The Chrome Hearts are back at Capitol Theatre tonight (9/24); it’s currently sold out. Neil had also recently discussed plans for an East Coast theater tour. More dates haven’t materialized yet, but stay tuned.
