Life of Agony did another run of their River Runs Red 30th anniversary tour with Sick of It All, beginning at The Chance in Poughkeepsie on August 8 and wrapping up in the bands’ shared hometown of NYC on Sunday (8/27) at Queens’ Knockdown Center, with killer support from three NYHC bands, including the back-in-action Outburst and two newer torch-carriers, Pain of Truth and Regulate. Pain of Truth also just announced a tour with Life’s Question and Vomit Forth, including Asbury Park’s House of Independents on November 3 with Koyo also on the bill. They’ve got a new album out next week and we’ve got an exclusive color vinyl variant up for pre-order.
Regulate are playing a benefit show for their friend Kyle Fee’s fight against cancer at Long Island’s Massapequa VFW on October 8 with Restraining Order, Stand Still, Dead Last, Lethal, Separated, and Bottom Out. That show has a suggested donation of $20. After that, they open for Sunami at Brooklyn’s Gold Sounds on October 13 with Combust and at NJ’s Salty’s Beach Bar on October 14, alongside the reunited Suburban Scum, Sworn Enemy (As Real As It Gets 20th anniversary set), Scarab, and Odiame.
