Garbage played Brooklyn Paramount with Starcrawler: pics, setlist, video

Garbage are in the midst of their “Happy Endings” tour, which the band have said will likely be their last headline tour of North America, hitting cities they may never play again (co-headline or package tours have not been ruled out). The tour hit NYC on Saturday at Brooklyn Paramount with Starcrawler, who are opening all dates.

While the tour is for their new album Let All That We Imagine Be The Light, Garbage’s setlist was pretty evenly spread across their whole catalog. The night opened with two from that album — “There’s No Future in Optimism” and “Hold” — before they played Strange Little Birds‘ “Empty” and Version 2.0 hit “I Think I’m Paranoid.” The Brooklyn Paramount setlist also included “Cherry Lips,” “Why Do You Love Me,” “Bleed Like Me,” “Parade,” “Not My Idea,” and more.

The main set ended with “The Day That I Met God” from the new album, and then they returned for the two biggest songs off their debut album, “Stupid Girl” and “Only Happy When It Rains.”

Check out photos by The Tinfoil Biter of the whole night, plus Garbage’s setlist and full fan-shot video of the show, below.
