Amyl & The Sniffers are known for whipping crowds into a sweaty frenzy, which was perhaps just a little easier with their Brooklyn show at Market Hotel on Friday night (7/19). Between firebrand singer Amy Taylor, the band’s mosh-friendly songs, and heatwave temperatures in the ’90s, steampunk took on new meaning. Surfbort’s Dani Miller joined the band on-stage for a bit and Amy cooled down the crowd a little by spraying them champagne. Check out pictures from the whole night — including openers Nick Cage and Sähd Wyte Guyz — in the gallery above, and video from the night is below.
The band’s tour wraps up this week with shows in Toronto, Milwaukee and Chicago.
