Ridgewood, Queens bar and venue Sundown is changing its name to Cassette. A message on Instagram from the bar reads, “It has come to our attention that the name Sundown has vile connotations that go against the values of the community we strive to be. Enter Cassette! Same bar, same vibes, different name. We will continue to be here for you – listening and learning along the way! We hope to see you soon, thanks for riding with us.”
