Pop cultural behemoth New York Comic Con returned to Manhattan’s Javits Center from Thursday through Sunday (10/17-10/20), drawing hundreds of thousands of fans of superheroes, sci-fi, fantasy, and horror comics, films, TV shows, video games, and books. As usual, lots of people also used the occasion to dress as their favorite characters, and photographer Sachyn Mital captured many of them on his visit to Javits on Saturday, along with lots of other sights from the bustling convention. NYCC also announced their dates for next year — October 9-12, 2025 — and their first 2025 guests, Taliesin Jaffe, Liam O’Brien, Marisha Ray, Ashley Johnson, Travis Willingham, Sam Riegel, Laura Bailey, and Matthew Mercer of Critical Role, who will appear in a panel and do photo ops and autographs on October 9 and 10.
