Olivia Rodirgo is raking in the year end list accolades for her sophomore album, GUTS, and after playing a set at Madison Square Garden (where she’ll headline multiple nights with The Breeders in 2024) for Z100’s Jingle Ball on Friday (12/8), she stuck around NYC to make her second musical guest appearance on Saturday Night Live. She gave “Vampire” a pared-down piano and voice performance, then later delivered a dramatic rendition of “All-American Bitch” where she smeared cake on her face. She also made a cameo appearance in the “Tiny Ass Bag” sketch with this week’s host Adam Driver, along with Ego Nwodim and Marcello Hernández. Watch all of that below.
Olivia also did a new Tiny Desk Concert, after previously playing the series during the pandemic from the DMV. This time around she performed GUTS cuts “Love is Embarrassing,” “Vampire,” “Lacy,” and “Making the Bed,” saying, “I’ve never been starstruck by a room before.” Watch that below, as well.
