Oakland, CA’s The World release their terrific debut album, First World Record, today via Upset the Rhythm. If you dig danceable, skronky post-punk (Delta 5, Kleenex, Bush Tetras) with a sarcastic, situationist lyrical bent, The World bring real energy, anger and pizazz to it.
