Union Pool’s free “Summer Thunder” Saturday series kicked off this past weekend (6/2)with Deradoorian (playing a drone set with Ben Greenberg) and L’Rain. They’ve just announced a few more additions to the 2018 lineup:
- June 9: Slam Section, Unknown Sender, King Pussy Face
- July 14: Girl Ray and more TBA
- August 18: A. Savage (Parquet Courts), Bill Mackay & Ryley Walker
Summer Thunder shows are free, and go from 2-6 PM. Previously announced Summer Thunder shows include: Wand (6/16); Sun Ra Arkestra (6/23); Songhoy Blues (7/7); and Joe Bataan (8/25). Check out the list of all announced Summer Thunder 2018 shows below.
