Touche Amore‘s anticipated new album Stage Four comes out September 16 via Epitaph, and today they released a new song from it, “Displacement.” Many Touche Amore songs touch on heavy topics, and this one is no different. It’s about vocalist Jeremy Bolm’s mother, who passed away from cancer, and as he tells Stereogum, also about his “faith or lack thereof in the afterlife.” It’s truly powerful stuff, as you can hear for yourself below.
