Thom Yorke has released a new video for “Last I Heard (…He Was Circling The Drain)” off his excellent 2019 album ANIMA. It’s a grainy, black and white video with a film/animation blend that matches the organic/synthetic nature of Thom’s music, and an eerie dose of science fiction that matches ANIMA‘s paranoia. It was directed by Art Camp & Saad Moosajee. Watch below.
Meanwhile, last night (10/30) Thom wrapped up the 2019 North American run of his ANIMA tour with a two-night stand at LA’s Greek Theatre. At night one (10/30), he made the live debut of “Daily Battles,” his new song (that he recorded with Flea) for the new Edward Norton film Motherless Brooklyn. Thom will tour North American again in 2020, including three NYC shows: Radio City on 3/30 and Hammerstein Ballroom on 3/31 & 4/1 (sold out, but some resale tickets available). All dates are listed below.
