Strange Ranger are calling it a day. In a message on Instagram, the band write, “Pure Music will be the last Strange Ranger album. Thank you so much for listening to the music and coming out to shows for all these years- it means the world. See u on the other side.”
Pure Music, which came out in July, found Strange Ranger picking up synthesizers as they changed up their sound again; stream it below, and read our review HERE. They also told us about the influences behind it. It was the band’s third album as Strange Ranger; before that, they released Rot Forever as Sioux Falls in 2016.
