Shabazz Palaces is following up last year’s great Robed in Rareness with a new mini album, Exotic Birds of Prey, which will be out March 29 via Sub Pop. It was self-produced, mixed by Erik Blood and features contributions from Stas THEE Boss, Irene Barber, Japreme Magnetic, OC Notes, Cobra Coil, Purple Tape Nate, and Lavarr the Starr.
The first single from Exotic Birds of Prey is “Angela,” a heady, psychedelic track featuring Stas THEE Boss & Irene Barber. You can listen to that below.
