The Starting Line aren’t the only ones to react to being namedropped on Taylor Swift‘s new album The Tortured Poets Department. Patti Smith heard the “You’re not Dylan Thomas, I’m not Patti Smith/This ain’t the Chelsea Hotel, we’rе modern idiots” line on the title track, and she responded by posting a picture of herself holding Dylan Thomas; 1940 short stories collection Portrait of the Artist as a Young Dog and writing:

mentioned in
the company
of the great
Welsh poet
Dylan Thomas.
