Oakland’s scuzzy psych/garage rippers MUSK are releasing their second album and first for Gerard Cosloy’s 12XU label, Musk 2 : The Second Skumming, this Friday (8/19) (pre-order). If you’d like to hear it before it’s officially out, you’re in luck, because a full album stream premieres in this post. Musk’s sophomore LP has Stooge-y riffs, evil-Elvis vocals turning into piercing screams, and a whole lot of raw fuzz. If you like garage punk at all, this trippy, rippy album is very worth your time.
