Mantra of the Cosmos, aka the supergroup of Shaun Ryder and Bez of Happy Mondays/Black Grape, Andy Bell of Ride and Oasis, and drummer Zak Starkey (The Who), are back with their second single. “X (Wot U Sayin?)” has Shaun dropping some of his twisted wordplay over a horn-fueled psychedelic groove, with help from former Fall guitarist Brix Smith and Sshh Starkey.
