Kathleen Hanna‘s band The Julie Ruin recently announced a tour, and Kathleen also said that she’d be doing a live taping of The Talkhouse podcast earlier today (9/30) with Meredith Graves. That happened, and during their talk, Kathleen revealed that Le Tigre will reunite!
“Le Tigre just got back together in the studio–you have the scoop–for a special song that we are going to release hopefully, like, early-to-mid-October,” Kathleen told Meredith. She said the band does not plan on touring or doing a new album, but hey this is still exciting. Stay tuned for the song to drop. Meanwhile, here’s the video for “Deceptacon”:
