Looks like Hot Chip are finally ready to follow 2012’s great In Our Heads. The band posted a teaser with the words “Why Make Sense?” which appears to suggest that their sixth album will out on Domino this year.
The band have a few dates coming up, including two US festivals — Washington’s Sasquatch! in May and NYC’s Governors Ball in June — and it’s likely that a tour is soon to come too. Hopefully we’ll get the new album before then.
Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor will be in NYC sooner to DJ the MoMA Armory Party benefit with Ezra Koenig, Kelela and more.
