A message from Gregg: “Hey everyone. I just wanted y’all to know that I’m currently home in Savannah resting on my doctor’s orders. I want to thank you for all the love that you are sending. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Keep Rockin’ “
The message seems to be in response to a fast-spreading rumor that Greg has entered hospice care, high profile prayer messages included:

Gregg has a long history of illness. He got a new liver. In March of this year he cancelled all upcoming tour dates.
UPDATE: Gregg’s statement is not totally clear (you can be under hospice care at home), but Gregg’s manager reportedly told Variety that “reports of Gregg Allman entering hospice care are untrue.”
