Further Seems Forever are giving their 2004 album Hide Nothing, a 20th anniversary vinyl reissue. It was their third album and also their third consecutive album with a new lead vocalist. On this LP, they had Jon Bunch of Sense Field, who passed away in 2016.
The reissue marks Hide Nothing‘s first vinyl pressing in 20 years, and it’s been repackaged and remastered with a deluxe gatefold jacket and retrospective essay on the making of the album. It also includes bonus acoustic versions of “Bleed,” “Light Up Ahead,” and “Make It A Part – All Rise,” all recorded in 2004. Hide Nothing followed FSF’s 2001 debut LP The Moon Is Down with Chris Carrabba (who left to pursue Dashboard Confessional) and 2003’s How To Start A Fire with Jason Gleason (ex-Affinity, later of ActionReaction). FSF reunited with Carrabba for 2012’s Penny Black and surrounding reunion tours, and they reunited with Gleason after that. They did a 20th anniversary tour for How To Start A Fire last year, and they’re playing a Furnace Fest kickoff party in Birmingham, AL and The Fest in Gainesville, FL this year.
