
Onetime Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman revealed this morning that he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. As Rolling Stone magazine reports, prognosis is good, which he also shared via Twitter:
Bill has been diagnosed with cancer.
He is undergoing treatment and is expected to make a full recovery as it was caught at an early stages.— Bill Wyman (@bill_wyman) March 8, 2016
Wyman, who is 79, was bassist for the Rolling Stones from 1962 – 1993. He joined the band for three songs at a Stones concert in 2012, and he released the solo album Back To Basics last year. Best of health, Bill.
