Friday (5/8) at 10 PM ET, Northern New Mexico livestream festival Virtual LemonAid will go down to benefit All Together Now New Mexico Fund and Santa Fe County Connect Fund, which are both working towards COVID-19 relief in New Mexico.
The stream will include performances from Buffy Saint-Marie, Meredith Monk, Grizzly Bear’s Daniel Rossen, Deerhoof’s John Dieterich, Ali MacGraw, A Hack and A Hacksaw, and more, and there will be interviews and messages with David Byrne, The Police’s Stewart Copeland, The B-52s’ Fred Schneider, Gary Farmer, Public Enemy bassist Brian Hardgroove, and more.
