The UK’s Royal Mail is issuing a set of 10 official David Bowie stamps in honor of what would have been his 70th birthday: six of them will be album covers ( Hunky Dory; Aladdin Sane; “Heroes”; Let’s Dance; Earthling and ★) and the remaining being live performance images across four decades (The Ziggy Stardust Tour, 1973; The Stage Tour, 1978; The Serious Moonlight Tour, 1983; and A Reality Tour, 2004). This is the first time Royal Mail has issued an entire set dedicated to a single musician or artist.
The stamps will be available March 14 and preorders are available.
