After returning with his first new music in seven years last month, former Girls singer/guitarist Christopher Owens has announced a new album. I Wanna Run Barefoot Through Your Hair is due out on October 18 via True Panther. He calls it “a record about a journey back to the center of myself,” and he co-produced it with Doug Boehm. I Wanna Run Barefoot Through Your Hair includes last month’s “I Think About Heaven,” and Owens has shared a second new single, the vulnerable “No Good,” which is also the opening track. Listen to that, and watch a solo acoustic performance video, directed by Rebekah Sherman-Myntti, below.
