Friday at Bonnaroo had barely gotten underway when the festival suspended performances and evacuated the Centeroo area, due to the approach of “severe weather.” A message from the festival on social media advised attendees to “please head calmly to the nearest exist & shelter in a vehicle.”

In another update, Bonnaroo said they “expect weather to impact The Farm for the next couple of hours, at least,” and that the festival grounds and tolls would remain closed until the weather had passed. They also promised schedule updates “as soon as we can.” Stay tuned.
