The Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir recently released “Only A River,” the first single off the upcoming album that he made with members of The National and Josh Ritter, and today he shared “Gonesville.” Like the first single, this was co-written with Ritter and has him backed by a band that includes Aaron Dessner, Bryce Dessner and Scott Devendorf. It’s more of a country-ish tune than “Only A River,” as you can hear via Rolling Stone.

Bobby’s tour, which also has him backed by members of The National, begins in October and includes two NYC-area shows.
