Belly are currently working on their first album since 1995’s King, which they are crowdfunding. Today they shared a song from the sessions, a cover of “Hushabye Mountain” which is from 1968’s Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (a film about a magical car which Roald Dahl wrote the screenplay based on the book by James Bond creator Ian Fleming). Like the original (sung by Dick Van Dyke), it’s sweeping and bewitching, and Tanya Donelly sounds great singing it.
