Australian artist Jacky Winter is back with a new EP titled Every Bump, which will be out September 16 via Very Rare Animals. Like Jacky’s The Nails EP last year, he made this one with producer Matt Verta-Ray (Madder Rose / Heavy Trash). The first single is “Needed a Gun,” a funky, bluesy cut with a very moody undercurrent. That is made all the more apparent in the song’s video, directed by Chris Matthews, which is set at a kids birthday party and shot with a palpable sense of dread.
