Angel Du$t have announced a new album, Cold 2 The Touch, due out February 13, 2026 via Run For Cover. It’s their first full-length for RFC, which they signed to earlier this year, and it includes the two songs from their recent RFC 7″ “The Knife” and “The Beat.” The album reunites them with veteran producer Brian McTernan, who also worked on Angel Du$t’s 2014 debut album A.D., and judging by “The Knife,” “The Beat,” and the just-released title track, this really feels like a new version of A.D. / Rock the Fuck On Forever-style Angel Du$t. The new single especially is a fusion of high-speed hardcore energy and bright melodies that would’ve fit perfectly on those records.
Angel Du$t’s lineup is always changing, and this time bandleader Justice Tripp was joined by new guitarist Jim Carroll (of The Suicide File, The Hope Conspiracy, American Nightmare, and other bands) and new drummer Nick Lewis, plus guitarist Steve Marino and bassist Zechariah Ghostribe, both of whom have been in the band for a bit. It also features guest appearances from Scott Vogel (Terror), Wes Eisold (American Nightmare, Cold Cave), Patrick Cozens (Restraining Order) Frank Carter, and Taylor Young (Twitching Tongues, Deadbody, God’s Hate).
“The band has always been about me funneling other elements coming in from other people,” Justice says. “I make a lot of music based on where I feel like the collective consciousness is going. I think this is the most collaborative Angel Du$t record.”
