So many artists, so many songs, so little time. ONE STEP CLOSER – “BLUR MY MEMORY”
Wilkes-Barre melodic hardcore band One Step Closer’s new album All You Embrace comes out this week (5/17) via Run For Cover, and here’s one more pre-release single.

WEBBED WING – “MY FRONT DOOR”
Superheaven offshoot Webbed Wing have shared the third single off their upcoming album Vol. III, and it’s another great example of their ability to get a little jangly and a little grungy all at once.

FOXGLOVE (KEROSENE HEIGHTS) – S/T EP
Foxglove is a raw screamo band with members of Kerosene Heights, and here’s their killer new EP.

TENCI – “BUBBLEGUM”
Tenci’s new single “Bubblegum” is a highly orchestrated slice of chamber pop, and about it, they say, “This song was written as a result of an existential fit I had after discovering that someone had stuck my windshield wiper down with gum :/ even though it was *no big deal* it sent me into a little spiral thinking about the cruelty of the world, life and death in relation to the ever-changing spirit, and how feeling uninspired can feel like your soul is dying ꩜ I feel grateful for the minor annoyance bc now we have an epic song.”

ERIC DIN – “I CHANGED MY MIND”
Eric Din of influential ska band The Uptones has a new breezy power pop single called “I Changed My Mind,” and this EP also includes a dub mix, an instrumental mix, and more.

SARAH GRACE WHITE – “LIGHT”
Los Angeles singer-songwriter Sarah Grace White announced a new EP, Sinkhole, due out on June 28, and shared the folky, atmospheric “Light.” “The first few weeks into falling in love has a way of putting your life under a microscope,” she says. “Every detail buzzes, every element flickers, every word examined under the lens of possibility. I wrote ‘Light’ at my kitchen table with a drum machine in this state of mind.”

SHACKLETON AND SIX ORGANS OF ADMITTANCE – “STAGES OF CAPITULATION”
Six Organs of Admittance (Ben Chasny) and dubstep/techno/experimental producer Shackleton have teamed up for what will be one of the more unexpected collaborative albums of 2024.
