John Cusack will host a screening of his 2000 music-obsessed romantic comedy High Fidelity at NYC’s The Town Hall on October 26. After the screening, there will be a Q&A with John and a chance for the audience to ask questions. The screening is presented by Le Poisson Rouge as part of their 15th anniversary and tickets are on presale now with code LPRTOP5.
If you haven’t seen it, the film is an adaptation of Nick Hornby‘s acclaimed novel about a record store owner who may love his vinyl more than the women of his life. Cusack co-wrote the screenplay, Stephen Frears directed, and the film also stars Jack Black, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Lisa Bonet, Iben Hjejle, and Todd Louiso, with Bruce Springsteen in a cameo role.
