We named Touché Amoré‘s powerful fourth album, Stage Four, one of the Best Punk & Emo Albums of 2015-2019. It turns 10 next year, and the band will celebrate by playing it in full at a stacked Los Angeles show with lots of cool special guests. It happens on May 16 at Hollywood Palladium, and it’s with Glassjaw, Saetia, Incendiary, and Crushed. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 10 at 10 AM PT, with an artist presale happening now.
Stage Four was written in response to vocalist Jeremy Bolm losing his mother to stage four breast cancer, and the show is in partnership with National Breast Cancer Foundation. “We’re honored to be partnered with National Breast Cancer Foundation,” the band write. “What touched us most when learning about the amazing work they do, is the thoughtful support for Stage 4 patients specifically, through their Metastatic Breast Cancer Retreats. Providing oncology consultations, end-of-life preparations, and understand the patient’s hopes and fears. We feel that level of attention is so important, kind, and invaluable.
