Earlier this week, System of a Down announced a trio of North American stadium shows, including their first NYC-area date in years, happening at East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium with Korn, as well as shows at Chicago’s Soldier Field with Avenged Sevenfold and Toronto’s Rogers Stadium with Deftones. Presales for those shows began yesterday, and now SOAD have added second dates in each city.
Their schedule now includes MetLife Stadium on August 27 & 28, Soldier Field on August 31 & September 1, and Rogers Stadium on September 3 & 5. Tickets for MetLife Stadium go on BrooklynVegan presale today (12/12) at noon (PASSWORD = BYOBV); night 1 is now being advertised as sold out, but our presale will also work on night 2. Any remaining tickets to all shows go on sale to the general public Friday (12/13) at noon local.
In addition to Korn in NJ, Avenged Sevenfold in Chicago, and Deftones in Toronto, all shows include support from Polyphia and Wisp.
