UK post-hardcore/metalcore band Static Dress are releasing their second LP, Injury Episode, on May 29 via Sumerian. We have two exclusive vinyl variants, one on “Black Ice w/ Glitter Vinyl” and limited to 200 copies, and a newly announced “Ice Blue & Red Half/Half w/ Black Splatter Vinyl,” limited to 100 copies. Injury Episode features their recent singles “Human Props” and “Nostalgia Kills,” featuring Underoath, and they’ve given us another preview of the album with “…hospice,” which leans towards the alt-pop. Watch the self-directed video below.
Static Dress will be on tour through the summer, starting in NYC with a performance and signing at Rough Trade on Wednesday (4/29), and a screening, “A Live Death Display,” at Elsewhere’s Chatroom on Thursday (4/30).
