Australian hardcore band Speed are gearing up to release their debut LP Only One Mode on July 12 via Flatspot Records and Last Ride Records, and they just announced that they’ll support it with a headlining North American tour this September. Support comes from Angel Du$t and Big Boy on the East Coast; King Nine and Human Garbage in California; Kharma, Buggin, and Hold My Own in the Midwest; and Xibalba and Day By Day in Texas; with various other local openers along the way. Tickets go on sale Friday (6/28) at 10 AM ET, and you can find all dates listed below.
Brooklyn gets a show on September 24 at Elsewhere Hall, with Long Island locals Hangman in addition to Angel Du$t and Big Boy. Speed will also be in the area sooner than that to play Amityville Music Hall on July 17 with Pain of Truth, Regulate, and Final Resting Place (which is free but RSVP is closed), and to open the Have Heart reunion shows at Brooklyn Monarch on July 19 and Boston’s Roadrunner on July 20.

Speed recently toured in support of Knocked Loose (check out pics from NYC), and they were on of the bands to drop off Download Fest in protest of Barclays’ sponsorship and play a Palestine benefit show instead.
