NYC’s Cosmic Sonic Rendezvous festival is bringing seriously heavy riffs, smoke clouds, and some legends to Brooklyn this Memorial Day Weekend to three adjoining venues. It’s happening at The Meadows and The Woodshop on Saturday (5/23) and Brooklyn Monarch and The Woodshop on Sunday (5/24). It’s presented by Tee Pee Records and tickets are on sale.
Saturday’s lineup includes Dead Meadow, Freedom Hawk, The Atomic Bitchwax, Electric Citizen, Mirro Queen, Al-Qasar, Satan’s Satryrs, Sun Voyager and more.
Sunday has Pentagram, Eyehategod, Legions of Doom (ft original Saint Vitus singer Scott Reagers and a member of Trouble), Saint Vitus singer Wino’s other band The Obsessed, Dave Hill, French band Sphaéros Possession, Carousel, Mick’s Jaguar, and more.
There is also a pre-festival show on Friday, May 22 at Sleepwalk with Sphaéros Possession.
Weed is legal.
