Sick Of It All vocalist Lou Koller recently revealed that doctors had found a tumor in his esophagus, causing the band to cancel their summer European tour while he receives treatment. The Bouncing Souls have launched pre-sales on a new t-shirt, with proceeds going to benefit Lou’s treatment. “The Bouncing Souls and Sick Of It All have been playing shows together since the early 90’s,” Bouncing Souls write. “Lou is in a tough position as he battles cancer. All of the proceeds from this shirt will benefit Lou as he fights this fight. We’ll all be waiting to see him back on stage!!” You can pre-order yours here.
Lou’s brother and Sick Of It All bandmate Pete Koller also created a GoFundMe for Pete. It reads:
Hi I’m Pete my big brother Lou He has been Diagnosed with adenocarcinoma cancer. He has a cancerous tumor in his esophagus. We Sick of It All Have canceled the rest of the year of touring and will not be Is touring until Lou beats this and recovered.

“I’m blown away by the support the Sick of it All world has shown Lou,” drummer Armand Majidi writes. “Thank you all so much for donating ❤️❤️❤️. However, we just learned that Lou’s insurance doesn’t cover some of the most basic treatments that he needs, so now the large sum that has been raised seems much smaller. I swear, the medical world can be so callous and cruel – completely arbitrary with the meaning of the Hippocratic Oath.” He’s shared a video on Instagram, which you can see below.
