Bedroom screamo band Your Arms Are My Cocoon have been gradually adding shows surrounding their upcoming appearance at Providence, RI’s Clam Jam, and now they officially announced a full tour. Support on several dates comes from experimental rapper FearDorian.
The tour includes a newly-announced NYC show with FearDorian happening on April 9 at Market Hotel with frequent FearDorian collaborator Polo Perks, Denton, Texas screamo band bulletsbetweentongues, and NYC screamo/emo locals Cash Only Tonys and Silk. That’s one day before YAAMC and FearDorian’s previously announced NJ show happening on April 10 at Black Box with reunited Iowa screamo vets In Loving Memory alongside herlovebeheadsdaisies, At First At First, Dreamwell, and Pyre. Ticket link for NYC is coming soon and the NJ show is on on sale now. All dates are listed below. Later this year, YAAMC will play Toronto’s New Friends Fest.
YAAMC released the new album Death of a Rabbit last year, followed by a collection of “scrapped songs and demos written and recorded from 2018 – 2023” called Colorful Failures released on Christmas Day and then a four-way split with Aren’t We Amphibians, awakebutstillinbed, and California Cousins in January of this year.
FearDorian released his new album Leaving Home in January as well. He also just put out a new video for “One Thing Is Certain” from that album and you can check that out below.
For bulletsbetweentongues, that NYC show with YAAMC falls in the midst of their tour supporting their new album Fragility, and you can see all dates for that tour and stream that LP below too.
