Clipse are currently on tour in support of their excellent new comeback album Let God Sort Em Out, and when they brought their tour to Kendrick Lamar‘s home city of Los Angeles for a show at The Novo on Saturday (8/23), they brought out Kendrick himself for his verse on LGSEO highlight “Chains & Whips,” marking the first time that Kendrick, Pusha T, and Malice performed the song live together. Kendrick also gave a short speech about his reverence for Clipse afterwards. Check out footage below.
Clipse also just announced that they’ll return to LA in November for Tyler, the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw festival, so maybe they’ll do Let God Sort Em Out‘s Tyler collab with him at that fest. They’ll also be in San Diego in November for Deftones‘ festival Dia De Los Deftones.
Clipse’s tour recently hit NYC, and they brought out Stove God Cooks for his “F.I.C.O.” verse during that stop. Check out pictures from Terminal 5.
