Run the Jewels wrapped up 2016 with the last-minute release of the great Run the Jewels 3, and they’ve spent most of 2017 on tour in support of it, playing increasingly large venues. They still haven’t played anything as large as The Garden (as a headliner), which is the venue they are playing in the lyrics to RTJ3‘s “Call Ticketron,” but they did just release a video for that song. The video also has them playing at The Garden, and to quote the press release, the show “goes awry when the audience mysteriously disappears. As the guys investigate, matters take an apocalyptic turn, and strangeness ensues.” Watch below.
As mentioned, Run the Jewels and Mitski are opening Lorde‘s 2018 tour, including her NYC-area shows at Barclays Center on April 4 and Prudential Center on April 6 (tickets).
