Bronx rapper Maliibu Miitch has been having a pretty great year. We named her one of the best new artists of 2017 off the strength of her few 2017 singles, and she had her biggest breakthrough yet with this year’s “Give Her Some Money” (one of a couple 2018 singles). Still no word on her debut album (which is due out on Atlantic), but she did tweet yesterday that she has five new songs and she’s hitting the studio this Wednesday:

Meanwhile, Miitch will play a Brooklyn show the Friday before Christmas at Brooklyn Bazaar (12/21). It’s her only upcoming show at the moment, and tickets are on sale.
