
Florida rapper Kodak Black (real name Dieuson Octave) has been indicted by a Florence County grand jury on charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct, WBDE reports. The alleged assault took place in February 2016, when Kodak was accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Florence County.
Twelfth Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements says that Kodak is not allowed to comment on the allegations in print, electronic, digital, or social media, and that his bond could be revoked if he violates those turns. He has also been ordered to have no contact with the vicm’s family.
If convicted, Kodak Black faces up to 30 years in jail.
Kodak Black was recently released from jail after being arrested on different charges.
