JAŸ-Z will celebrate the anniversaries of two albums — 30 years of his 1996 debut LP, Reasonable Doubt, and 25 of 2001’s The Blueprint — at a pair of NYC shows this summer. He’ll play Yankee Stadium on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11. 7/10 is labeled as “JAŸ-Z 30” and 7/11 is “JAŸ-Z 25.”
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, March 24 at 10 AM ET, with a Citi presale starting Monday, March 23 at 10 AM ET, and Roc Nation, Live Nation, and Yankees presales starting at 1 PM ET.
This announcement comes the day after it was revealed that JAŸ-Z would headline the 2026 edition of Roots Picnic, alongside The Roots. It also comes as JAŸ-Z’s name began appearing stylized with an umlaut on his social media, DSPs, and in the Roots Picnic flyer, as it was on the cover of Reasonable Doubt. Before that, the original version of “Dead Presidents” appeared on streaming services, and he shared a new video for “Wishing on a Star” ft. Gwen Dickey.
JAŸ-Z’s last live appearance was when he joined Beyoncé to wrap up her Cowboy Carter tour in Paris on “Crazy in Love,” “Drunk in Love,” and “Ni**as In Paris” last year. His last festival performance was a surprise 2019 appearance at Pharrell’s Something in the Water fest in Virginia Beach.
He’s also played Yankee Stadium before, in 2010 with Eminem and in 2013 with Justin Timberlake.
